| This 2 1/2 story Victorian home was painted in 2009. House was power washed and remaining loose paint scraped and disposed of. The house was completely primed and then top coated with Sherwin William’s Duration Exterior house paint. Storm windows were removed, old paint residue removed, glass cleaned and repaired, then reinstalled. Foundation was sealed and water proofed and painted to match house. Front porch floor was removed and replaced with new flooring before painting. |

Unruh Room Extension |
| This ranch style house project consisted of relocating the front door to the south side of the porch area. Then extending the livingroom out, using the porch area for the extension. This allowed for the creation of a entry hall that ran through the house, eliminating the walk through livingroom area. The living room is now a seperate room, entered thorugh the hallways allow for more privacy and for larger livingroom. |
