Our goal is to leave each job, with the customer satisfied and pleased in doing business with us. Double D Remodeling owner/operator is DeLane Unruh. He takes great pride in the quality workmanship, by being on each jobsite. Either doing the work himself or overseeing it to assure customer satisfaction. He brings the eleven years of experience in Newton to every job. Taking pride in the work done and unfailing desire to customer satisfaction from the initial free estimate of the project to the final clean up. |

We offer free estimates, if the task being considered is truly straight forward and the homeowner knows from the start exactly what he wants done with the assurance that there will be very little changing, then the "standard" estimate is most likely the way to go. However, if the project contains many structural unknowns, which might cause a great many changes to the project or if the homeowner is unclear of the entire scope of the project, then the “cost plus” agreement should be considered. Cost Plus agreement is a “time and materials” contract. The contractor keeps track of all material costs and labor costs and submits them to the home owner on an agreed time schedule for reimbursement.
